Freight and Shipment Policy

 

All orders are shipped the same day via UPS Ground. In most cases you’ll receive your order within 1-4 business days.

If an alternative shipment method is desired, please specify your needs at time of order. Additional freight charges can apply. Shipping and handling is not included in the prices listed.

We ship your orders from our distribution center nearest you for the lowest possible freight cost to you.

Sales tax will be added to orders shipped within Connecticut. List prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipments outside of the continental United States, require prepayment of all merchandise and freight costs before shipping of such goods.

» Provide Bond & Thermal color paper rolls.

» Save 2% on 10 days.

» Net 30 - 1.5. % interest per month will be added to invoices over 30 days.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with Apex Papers, ribbons, accessories or services we will help you resolve the problem, replace the product or refund the cost of the product… no hassles. No fine print. No conditions.
 
Return Authorization Policy

If you have received the wrong product, or think you have a defective product, call Apex immediately (1-866-96-PAPER) for a return authorization number (RA#). This RA# must be clearly visible on the outside of any and all cartons returned. Delivery charges will apply to any non-defective product returned.

Note: Any product over 30 days old may not be returned for credit, replacement, or restocking.
